What is Bazi
Bazi, also known as "Four Pillars," is a method in traditional Chinese culture for predicting one's destiny and personality based on the year, month, day, and hour (i.e., four time points) of a person's birth. The theory of Bazi is built upon the ten Heavenly Stems, twelve Earthly Branches, and the Yin-Yang and Five Elements theory. The combination of Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches at the time of a person's birth reflects a specific state of the universe's Qi, which has a profound influence on a person's life. By analyzing Bazi, one can objectively reflect what the universe has prepared for you, predict the direction of personal destiny, and provide insights into one's own life.
What BaZi Analysis Can Reveal
BaZi analysis aims to provide you with insights into various aspects of your life from both a macro and micro perspective, including career, wealth, health, family, and marriage. Moreover, it identifies your strengths and preferences, as well as areas in your life that require improvement and balance.
The interplay of the Five Elements and their Yin and Yang polarities, and how they manifest as the Ten 'Gods', are all symbols that paint a narrative of how your life unfolds. These eight characters may seem to contain limited information, but the complex phenomena they encompass are often formed by the simplest laws.
While BaZi is not a means to provide instant solutions or a panacea, you can use this information for self-awareness, akin to a map or a lighthouse. We advise against using BaZi to make decisions for you, but rather to help you understand yourself, identify blind spots, and thus enable you to make better decisions.
How to get a Bazi Analysis Report
After your successful purchase, we will promptly collect your relevant information and provide your BaZi report via email within 15 working days. The report will include descriptions and predictions about various aspects of your life, such as career, wealth, health, family, and marriage, and will highlight your strengths and preferences, as well as areas in your life that need improvement and balance. Should you have any further questions, you may ask up to three related questions for free within two weeks of receiving the report, and we will respond as soon as possible. If you have questions after the two-week period, there will be an additional charge of $40 (or the equivalent in another currency).

We offer a return policy within 21 days of purchase. Here are the details to ensure you enjoy the utmost convenience and protection when purchasing our products.
Returns
- Return requests must be made within 21 days from the date of receipt of goods. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@metaphysicalab.com.
The product must be in new condition, unused or undamaged, and all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., must be intact and undamaged. Customers must provide the original purchase receipt (such as an invoice or electronic receipt) as the basis for the return.
The following products are not returnable: customized products, blessed products, virtual products, and special gift card products, etc.
- Our customer service team will review and respond within 5 working days after receiving the return request.
- After approval, customers must return the product to the designated address and keep the tracking number.
- Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 5 working days.
- If the inspection is satisfactory, we will process the refund within 5 working days, and the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method.
Refund
